Local Bus Services Revised Due to Closure of St Peter’s Bridge

We are making several changes to the local bus network in Burton upon Trent from 29 August 2017. Some of these changes were planned and others are a result of the closure of St. Peter’s Bridge for up to three months.

Journey times to and from Burton will be increased as a result and we are introducing up to 6 additional buses into the network to maintain the current number of journeys operated.

It is difficult to predict the level of traffic at all times of the day as a result of this unprecedented closure but we will make every effort to offer you a reliable service throughout.

Route 1: Burton – Eton Park – Rolleston – Tutbury

Route revised to operate from Burton via Railway Station, Waterloo Street, Victoria Crescent, Eton Park Estate, Horninglow Road, Rolleston Road and Rolleston to Tutbury terminating at Holts Lane Estate.
